30 Day Standard Warranty

Our Warranty covers products from manufacturer defects within the first 30 days following the shipment of the product(s). This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do no cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. Warranty parts that are needed will require customer to pay all shipping and handling costs. We may also require the original parts to be returned to use with a copy of the invoice and a summary indicating the defective nature of the merchandise or a picture of the defect part(s) sent for inspection. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Note: items are covered for regular use. If we find the cause to be from misuse or abuse, the item(s) may be outside the warranty and the customer may incur repair charges. Replacement parts are shipped without charge for the first warranty shipment but it is the customer’s responsibility to physically install or find someone else to install the replacement part(s). If it is necessary for the customer to send the full product back for repair or replacement, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our warehouse. 30 Day Warranty Details:

The Warranty is only effective if the following 3 conditions are met:

1. The product is completely assembled and properly prepared by any end users.

2. The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose.

3. The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

More:

Any damage caused by the failure to mix oil and gas is not covered.

The Warranty does not cover common wear and tear of the products, plastic parts & components, batteries, brakes, brake handles, seats, lights, belts, tires or gas engine or any other parts damage due to abuse or misuse.

Spark Plugs are not covered. Spark plug wiring is not covered if damaged from engine heat. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that no wires are touching any parts that may cause it damage. It is suggested that each scooter, pocket bike, ATV, and other motorized vehicle owner keep 2 or 3 spare spark plugs on hand.

Damage caused by an improperly adjusted chain falling off, broken sprockets, brake rotors and wheel bearing are not covered. There should be no play in the chain.

Batteries on Super Bikes and Electric Pocket Bikes will be covered for 2 Months.

Unauthorized outside repair will not be covered under warranty.

The Purchaser of any product from Superpocketbikesx18.com (Professional Investment and Consulting, LLC) agrees upon the warranty conditions as stated above. It is the customer's responsibility to observe this warranty information.

Returns

At SuperPocketBikesX18.com, we value your complete satisfaction. If within one week of receiving your vehicle and you decide you do not want your vehicle for any reason, just contact our customer service department and we will refund your money. The following are our Return Policy Agreement:

SuperPocketbikesX18.com will allow return on products that are in new condition and are in the original packaging. “New Condition” means but is not limited to that the bike has not been charged, installed, repaired, fueled, started, or ridden. Bike boxes and materials must remain on the bike. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, Or RMA before shipping the product back to us. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned without a RMA or any merchandise returned with Freight Collect is subject to be refused. Any items returned that are not in New Condition will be refused at the customer's cost. Any shipping costs, even on items marked “Free Shipping” incurred in SuperpocketbikesX18.com in the original delivery of the merchandise to the customer cannot be refunded to the customer.

Merchandise that has been used, charged, installed, repaired, fueled, started, or ridden or altered in any way that is different from the original shipment is considered used. Used products may be returned for warranty repair and replacement only.

Any shipping damage on the bike before returning it must be marked down on the Bill of Lading (BOL) by the customer or else the refund will be refused.

6 Months Advanced Parts and Labor Warranty

If proper professional maintenence and preparation is done, your vehicle can qualify for our 6 months extended warranty. Details are below.

All on road gas scooters come with a 6 months limited parts and engine warranty and a 6 months In House labor warranty. Warranties only applies for damages caused by manufacturer defects and defaults. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user. We do do not cover damages caused by shipping. ScooterSweet.com will cover the shipping on the first warranty shipment only. All other shipments will require the customer to pay for the shipping costs. The original part may be required for inspection. Damages are only covered for regular use. A picture or another proof of damage may also be required to be shown to ScooterSweet.com. If the entire product must be returned for repairs and etc., the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from. Our labor warranty is an In House only warranty, meaning the customer must bring or ship their item to our warehouse for the warranty to apply. ScooterSweet.com will not cover any charges done by third-party repair shops, repairs, and etc. In order to receive exchange parts, the original must be sent back to ScooterSweet.com. An RMA is required for all items/parts being sent back to ScooterSweet.com. Parts not in stock are subject to wait at the customers expense. Restocking of parts can usually takes, but not limited to, 14 days.

Limited 6 Months Warranty Covers The Following Parts Only

ENGINE: All internal lubricated parts, i.e. Pistons, piston rings, piston pins, connecting rods, rod bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings, timing chain, crankshaft, crankshaft main bearings, oil pump, water pump, valves, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve lifters and valve push rods. Additionally, the engine head and cylinder will only be covered if damage is caused solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components listed above.

ENGINE CASE: The Engine case itself will only be covered if the damage caused was solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components listed above.

DRIVE SYSTEM: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case, i.e. differential, differential gears, drive shaft, drive axles, CV joints, axle bearings, reverse gears and output shafts. The drive axle housing as well as the reverse gearbox housing, if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing will be covered.

FUEL SYSTEM: For carbureted vehicles; Carburetor, vacuum fuel pump, intake manifold, fuel tank and fuel petcock. For fuel injected vehicles; Fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator.

ELECTRICAL: Stator, stator pickup, magneto, voltage regulator\ rectifier, CDI, starter relay, starter solenoid, starter motor, coil, distributor assembly and injector relay.

COOLING SYSTEM: Radiator, radiator cap, thermostat, thermostat housing, temperature indicator switch, cooling fan motors, water pump and water pump housing.

BRAKES: Calipers, drum housings, drum brake linkage, reservoirs, rotors, and lines.

CHASSIS: Frame, swing arms, A-arms, steering controls.

TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case, i.e. flywheel, hydraulic shift linkage, kick start spindle, kick start secondary gear and transmission gears. The transmission case itself will be covered if the damage was solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case.

Coverage and Limitations

Proper initial assembly and preparation must be performed in accordance with the Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation and Inspection Form provided by the manufacturer. All work must be performed by a trained professional mechanic (i.e. engine shop, motorcycle shop, auto repair shop) or an authorized manufacturer dealer. Upon completion, the customer must mail in the Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation and Inspection Form signed by the technician that performed the service. The customer will need to provide proof of this service when filing a 6 Months Parts and Labor warranty claim, so (consumers) keep your receipts please. Failure to mail in the Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation and Inspection Form will null the 6 Months Parts and Labor Warranty. Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, ScooterSweet.com agrees (at its sole discretion) to replace a covered component if the covered component fails as a result of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer.

Misuse or Abuse is Classified as the Following:

Jumping
Stunt Riding
Modification of Any Kind
Racing
Riding at Constant Wide Open Throttle
Used as Rental
Damage Caused by Accident
Product Not Used in Manner It was Designed For
Inexperienced Rider Abuse
Improper Adjustment\Operation of the Clutch (Dragging, causing premature burning of the friction plates)
Improper Operation/Adjustment of the Brakes
Improper gear engagement, i.e. engaging reverse will traveling forward

Improper Maintenence, i.e.

Lack of Routine Maintenence
Repairs Not Done by a Professional Mechanic or Dealer
Use of Incorrect Lubricants/Fuel
Improper Initial Set Up
Use of Aftermarket Parts for Repairs

The Following Parts are Not Covered Under Warranty

Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts and fasteners.

This Warranty is Non-Transferable

In all cases, the customer must send in the original part in order to have it replaced. ScooterSweet.com is not reponsible for wrong parts sent due to the failure of the customer not sending in the original part.
